With concerns around COVID-19 prevalent across the globe and social distancing measures looking to become the new normal, here at bigblu we have been evolving our services and working hard to ensure that we can keep you connected during this challenging time, whilst creating a safe working environment for our colleagues.

We have revised our installation process to reflect the current guidelines around COVID-19. With the help of our installation partners, we are working hard to get our customers up and running as quickly as possible, whilst still being fully compliant with government guidelines on movement and social distancing.
This does mean that the usual lead time for a professional installation may be longer than usual. However, if you are a new customer and would like your equipment installed by an engineer then we can still do this for you.
If you would rather do the installation yourself, then you need the Easy Mount. The dish can be installed on a ground-level flat surface or a flat roof using simple tools without needing an engineer present, and the whole installation process takes no more than two hours.
The system comes with detailed installation instructions but if needed our Technical Support teams are always on hand to help. Standard professional installation is €56 with an activation fee of €56 but by choosing Easy Mount, you only pay €29.
Packages and Data Upgrade Options
It is important to us that you are using the right package, and that what you choose meets your requirements with sufficient priority data to ensure you are able to do what you need online.
Being non-reliant on existing fibre or cable infrastructure means we provide 100% nationwide coverage. With our ‘business broadband packages’ we provide connectivity to a spectrum of industries when others can’t. Upgrading hasn’t been easier – all you need to do is choose your preferred package and speak to a member of our customer service team who will do the rest for you.
All our packages include unrestricted data allowances between midnight and 6am, so you can use the internet at night without it eating into your priority data allowance – perfect if you are a night owl or like to download large files.
Customer Service Support
To adhere to government guidelines around social distancing we have rolled out remote working for many of our functions, including customer service and technical support. This is to ensure we stay connected as a business and provide our customers with the support they need. However, it may mean longer wait times so please be aware of this when seeking support.
